Construction Lift Manager:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand the current client base
  • Active customer search (including visits to meetings with potential customers) and inbound traffic
  • Agreement and conclusion of contracts
  • Building long-term relationships with company customers
  • Maintaining the necessary workflow
  • Work with accounts receivable

Requirements:

  • Experience from 2 years with the rental of construction equipment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to negotiate, effectively close deals
  • The ability to think creatively and non-standard in the light of the requests, opportunities and constraints of both clients and companies in order to successfully implement the lease program
  • Personal characteristics - purposefulness, ability to achieve results consistently and efficiently (rent), resistance to demotivating influences (market, macroeconomic picture), ability and willingness to compete and win in competition for customers with other market participants, aspiration for personal and professional Growth

Conditions:

  • Work schedule - 5-day work week, 09:00 -18: 00

Sales Manager:
